This video guides you in scheduling items for clients, making personal training management quick and simple.
Let's come up to the schedule. The event type will be preselected for you and then you just select the date that you want it to go, select the time and then you can choose whether to repeat it or not.
So you've got lots of repeating options, daily, weekly, monthly or custom. It allows you to do anything that you like. For this I'll select weekly and then you can select the days of the week that you want it to repeat and then you select when it ends.
So you can either choose a date or you can choose after a certain number of entries or a certain number of weeks. So I will choose three and I'll go with weeks on this one.
So lots of great options. You can then type any notes that you'd like to go on the schedule with this item if you wish to, and then click save.
So that's it, all done and saved. You can view scheduled events up at the top, you can go through and see them all. You can edit or remove any of them, and you can do it with the tick boxes as well.
If you wish to remove them all then select the all box and delete. You can also see it on a calendar style view where the circles show where you've got them scheduled.
So scheduling is very, very quick and easy to do and you've got lots of options to do it in exactly the way you want it and to edit it as you wish.
